Discovery Call
Since I want to get to know the person behind the business, we'll spend about 30-45 minutes talking about your business, your current bookkeeping process, and any challenges you're running into. If we're a good fit, I'll send a summary of what we discussed along with the recommended next steps. If not, we'll end the call with a better understanding of what your business needs.
Diagnostic Review
Every new client begins with a Bookkeeping Diagnostic Review. After our discovery call I'll send a summary of what we discussed along with instructions for securely inviting me as your accountant in QuickBooks Online. I'll review your books to verify their current condition, identify any issues, and determine the scope of work needed.
Diagnostic Review Fee: $150. If you move forward with one of my bookkeeping services, the diagnostic fee will be credited toward your first invoice.
Custom Proposal, Agreements & Onboarding
Once the review is complete, I'll provide a personalized proposal with recommended services, scope, and pricing. If you decide to move forward, I’ll send your engagement letter and any required agreements so we can confirm the scope of work, payment terms, responsibilities, and next steps.
Bookkeeping Begins
Once the agreements are signed, the initial payment is received, and access is confirmed, I’ll begin the bookkeeping work outlined in your proposal. You’ll also receive confirmation of the start date, expected timeline, and any remaining documents needed to get started.
